The singer/songwriter, full name Sia Furler, has taken to hiding her face during promotional appearances for her latest album 1000 Forms of Fear, and she often wears an oversized toupee as a mask.

However, she was forced to improvise on Tuesday when she lost her wig ahead of a performance on Australian TV show Sunrise, so she cobbled together a colourful headpiece made out of Christmas decorations.

Speaking after the performance, Sia explained her bizarre outfit, saying, "This is because we forgot the wig. We got the hat with the wig attached but we forgot the actual regular wig."
