Sharon Stone's attorney has hit back at the former nanny who is suing the actress for wrongful dismissal, calling the lawsuit "absurd".
Erlinda Elemen has filed legal papers accusing the Basic Instinct star of poking fun at her Filipino heritage and her religious beliefs during her employment, and lambasting her in front of guests and staff before allegedly firing her in February 2011.
However, Stone's lawyer is adamant the lawsuit will not stand up in court, telling Tmz.com, "This is an absurd lawsuit that has been filed by a disgruntled ex-employee who is obviously looking to get money any way she can."
