Sharon Stone has reportedly been granted a second restraining order against an alleged stalker.
The Basic Instinct actress first requested the order against Phillip Barnes in 2011 after he turned up at her Hollywood Hills home uninvited and tried to convince her he was the father of one of her adopted sons.
The ban, which prevented him for being within 100 yards of her and her children, expired in 2013 and she has now asked a judge to issue another protective order after she received a letter from Barnes claiming he could be released from a prison psychiatric ward in the next four months, according to TMZ.com.
Barnes has reportedly been sending her correspondence for the past five years, although he has been imprisoned for the majority of that period, claiming in his most recent letter he could be freed if he passes an evaluation.
According to court documents obtained by the website, Sharon claims in one 2014 letter he asked her bring him, "2 Crown Royal bags full of diamonds ... my 2 CIA badges, 20 billion dollars worth of Department of Treasury checks ... and my gun silencer."
When Sharon first went to court about Barnes in 2011, she claimed he was mentally ill and a delusional schizophrenic who asked her not to date anybody.
She put her home up for sale for £2 million (£1.5 million) that year (11) after the Barnes incident, which came months after Bradly Gooden was found trespassing on her property. She also obtained a restraining order against him.
The 58-year-old also suffered another scare in 2011 when she heard a loud noise and called 911, only to later discover it was only a false alarm.
She adopted her first son Roan with husband Phil Bronstein, and following their divorce in 2003, she adopted two other boys Laird and Quinn.
