Animated movie hit Shark Tale is still swimming away with the box office takes in America, enjoying a third week as the country's number one film.

The film, which features the voices of Angelina Jolie, Renee Zellweger and Will Smith, has made another $22.1 million (GBP12.3 million) in its third week on release, taking its tally to an impressive $118.8 million (GBP66 million).

Billy Bob Thornton's American football FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS stands firm at number two with a $13.1 million (GBP7.3 million) second week take, according to yesterday's (17OCT04) estimates.

New releases Team America: WORLD POLICE, and Jennifer Lopez and RICHARD GERE's new film Shall We Dance? entered the charts at numbers three and four respectively.
