The 21-year-old singer was allowed home from Jackson Memorial Hospital on Tuesday (21.06.11), three weeks after he needed medical treatment following a jet-ski accident in Miami Beach, his representative has confirmed to MTV News.
Earlier this week, the 'Beautiful Girls' hitmaker - who suffered a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water in his lungs when he crashed into the Palm Island Bridge - revealed he is recovering and thanked fans for their support.
He wrote on twitter: "Feeling alot better! GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!(sic)"
The 21-year-old star took over a week after the accident on May 29 to be able to breathe on his own and walk again.
Celebrity friends gave their support to the star while he was recovering, including Justin Bieber, who worked with him on the hit 'Eenie Meenie'
He tweeted: "Got my friend Sean Kingston in my prayers tonight. A true friend and big bro. Please keep him in your prayers tonight as well. (sic)"
