The former film star, who appeared alongside Sean Connery in 1961's The Frightened City, was killed in August, 2011 after she was hit by a train at a crossing in Needham Market, Suffolk.

The rail company executives previously admitted the 82-year-old's death could have been prevented and accepted there were breaches in health and safety regulations.

Handing down the fine on Wednesday (21Sep16), Judge Martyn Levett revealed pedestrians had a five second warning of a train approaching.
