Rocker Scott Weiland is stepping into yet another supergroup with a GUNS N' ROSES star after teaming up with Ron 'bumblefoot' Thal on new project Art Of Anarchy.

The singer, who was fired from Slash and Duff MCKagan's group Velvet Revolver in 2009, will also be working with Disturbed star John Moyer and twins Jon and Vince Votta in the new band.

The quintet is working on a debut album, which is scheduled for release sometime this spring (15).

However, Weiland insists his involvement in the group is limited to studio time and he won't be hitting the road with them if they decide to tour.

He writes in a message posted on Facebook.com, "I wrote and put my vocals down for these guys and had fun doing a couple of videos too, we had a lot of fun. When they find their front man to hit the road and play some dates, check them out. In the meantime, if you want to check out where I'm at right now, check out my band, Scott Weiland and The Wildabouts."
