Hollywood couple Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are preparing to take a hit on the property market after slashing the price of their New York City mansion again by just over $2 million (£1.25 million).

The actors purchased the Greenwich Village pad for $19 million (£11.9 million) in 2011 and carried out a number of renovations, but never officially moved into the home.

They put the house up for sale in 2012 with a price tag of $25 million (£15.6 million), but after failing to attract any potential buyers, they relisted the property in September (14) for $22 million (£13.75 million).

Now the couple has dropped the price once more to $19.95 million (£12.47 million) in the hopes of offloading the home once and for all.
