Samuel L Jackson insists the snakes used in his new film SNAKES ON A PLANE had a great time during the shoot, because their numbers increased significantly by the end of the movie. The SHAFT star shot the majority of the movie with computed-generated snakes, but hundreds of real snakes were needed during portions of the film. And they quickly acquainted themselves and produced offspring. He explains, "Interestingly enough, we could make this movie and we really didn't have to be around snakes. Even though we had 400 snakes on set with us. "When we started we had 400 snakes - by the time we finished there were 475, maybe 500. They were all together and they were pro-creating while we worked!"
