Veteran actress Sally Struthers returned to work as scheduled on Thursday (13Sep12) as she fought allegations of drink driving following an arrest early on Wednesday (12Sep12).
The All in the Family star was taken into custody by police in Maine and booked on a misdemeanour charge of operating under the influence (Oui).
She was released on $160 (£100) bail on Wednesday, but she brushed off the incident and headed back to The Ogunquit Playhouse the following day to resume her work on a local theatre version of Dolly Parton's musical 9 to 5.
She refused to let the legal trouble interfere with her work and her representative, Pam Sharp, reveals Struthers is planning to fight the charge.
Sharp tells UsMagazine.com, "Sally is working and she is fine and she loves The Ogunquit Playhouse and her yearly time in Ogunquit. We deny these charges."
The show wrapped its limited run on Saturday (15Sep12).
The actress is due to face the count in court on 15 December (12).
