Veteran actress Sally Struthers has pleaded not guilty to a drink driving charge following her September (12) arrest in Maine.
The All in the Family star was taken into custody by police on 12 September (12) in Ogunquit, where she was performing in a local theatre version of Dolly Parton's musical 9 to 5.
She was booked on a misdemeanour charge of operating under the influence (Oui), but her representative brushed off the incident and the actress was released the following day (13Sep12).
On Thursday (13Dec12) her attorney, John Webb, entered Struthers' plea on his client's behalf, according to local publication the Portland Press Herald.
The 65 year old is due in court on 13 February (13).
