Ronnie Wood's former young lover Ekaterina Ivanova has blamed the breakdown of their relationship on the ageing rocker's constant boozing, insisting he acted like "a child" when he drank.
The couple's fling turned nasty earlier this month (Dec09) after a heated argument escalated into a fight, with Wood allegedly choking the 20 year old outside a restaurant in Surrey, England.
He spent a night behind bars for the alleged attack before he was released on bail. Ivanova later refused to press charges but Wood ended their turbulent relationship shortly afterwards.
And the former waitress is adamant the deterioration of their union was because of Wood's drinking habits.
She tells Britain's Hello! magazine, "He was like a child with tantrums when he was drunk, throwing water bottles and doing impressions of my voice. It was like trying to keep a child under control. In the end I was so unimpressed by everything. I found it very fake.
"I grew out of him. I just thought, 'What's the point of being with an older man if he acts about 12?' I thought, 'What a pathetic person'."
And Ivanova reveals Wood's love of alcohol also spoilt her birthday celebrations.
She adds, "He woke me up with champagne and caviar. I had a couple of glasses but Ronnie carried on drinking. We went to a restaurant that he'd booked and they brought out a really beautiful cake. All the waiters were singing happy birthday and he was so drunk. It was really awkward."
The Rolling Stone left his wife of 23 years, Jo, last year (08) after embarking on an affair with Ivanova and the pair's divorce was granted last month (Nov09).
