The LOVE ME FOR A REASON hitmakers split in 1999 when Keating went solo, but he has been under immense pressure in recent months to reunite the popular band.
On Sunday (08JAN06), ex-bandmate Stephen Gately claimed Keating "can't wait to meet up with the rest of the lads again" and discuss proposals for a new tour.
But the LOVIN' EACH DAY artist has hit out at the reports in a statement posted on his official website.
It reads, "Contrary to recent press speculation, Ronan has no plans to get back together with Boyzone just now.
"The guys all remain good friends, but with a new solo album coming out Ronan is not able to commit to a Boyzone reunion at present."
Keating's website also confirmed the singer is currently working on his fourth studio album, which will be released later this year (06).
