THE Rolling Stones have upset San Francisco residents, who've complained of excessive noise from two concerts staged by the veteran rockers.
People living near the Californian city's SBC Park say the Stones' music at the two gigs, on Sunday (13NOV05) and Tuesday (15NOV05), was so noisy that windows rattled and floors vibrated.
Resident TED WEINSTEIN says, "Just because they're too old to hear their music doesn't mean (it) has to be so loud."
Bosses at the San Francisco Giants baseball team, who own SBC Park, have said they will try to reduce noise pollution in future.
