A fan has hit THE Rolling Stones with a $51 million (GBP28.3 million) lawsuit after the Brown Sugar hitmakers cancelled their concert in Atlantic City, New Jersey at short notice on Friday (27OCT06). Frontman SIR Mick Jagger developed a sore throat on Friday and the Atlantic City concert was pulled just four hours before the veteran rockers were due to take to the stage - much to the dismay of fan ROSALIE DRUYAN. Druyan is set to file papers in New York's Manhattan Supreme Court today (31OCT06) which contends the late cancellation resulted in thousands of fans losing money on non-refundable hotel bookings. The concert has been rescheduled for next month (17NOV06), but lawyer MARTIN DRUYAN - who is representing his wife - says, "Talk about no satisfaction." Rosalie adds, "People came from all over to see the Stones. When you talk about travel expenses, hotel and baby-sitting expenses, that's not a cheap day."
