Legendary rock band THE Rolling Stones have issued a mock Bill Of Rights for their current tour to curb press leaks.

Guitarist Keith Richards hopes the forthcoming months of the Bigger Bang tour will not be dominated by tipped-off journalists hounding the band for news of their private lives.

He warns, "Article One: Anyone caught snitching will be hung by their testicles.

"It's to do with people sticking their noses into your business on tour. It's like RONNIE's (WOOD) in rehab. So what? He likes it there."

And the (I CAN'T GET NO) SATISFACTION hitmaker insists some of the worst offenders are those apparently working for the group's best interests.

He says, "It's not within the band itself but the promoters and insurers."
