Disgraced Australian entertainer Rolf Harris will be stripped of his Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (Cbe) title following his sex crime conviction.
The 84-year-old musician/Tv star was sentenced to almost six years behind bars in June (14) for molesting four young girls between the ages of seven and 19 from 1968 to 1986.
Australian officials recently stripped Harris of his native honours, including his appointments as an Officer and Member of the Order of Australia, while he was removed from the Australian Recording Industry Association (Aria) Hall of Fame.
He also lost the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) fellowship he was awarded in 2012, and now Britain's Queen Elizabeth Ii and Prime Minister David Cameron have approved a motion to take away his Cbe title.
Harris was given the accolade by the Queen for his services to the arts and entertainment in 2006.
