Rod Stewart has scored his fourth number one album in America with a compilation of rock classics. STILL THE SAME... THE GREAT AMERICAN ROCK CLASSICS OF OUR TIME sold an impressive 184,000 copies in its opening week to topple Evanescence's THE OPEN DOOR, which became the 700th Billboard 200 chart-topper last week (11OCT06). Rapper Lloyd Banks debuts ROTTEN APPLES at number three with 143,000 copies sold. The only other new entry in the top 10 is easy listening superstar Jimmy Buffett's TAKE THE WEATHER WITH YOU at number four. All other albums, including new releases from The Killers and Justin Timberlake are on the slide.
