The Mrs. Doubtfire actor handed over the rights to his name, signature, photograph and likeness to the Windfall Foundation, a charitable organisation set up by his legal team prior to his suicide.

According to legal paperwork, obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, his image rights cannot be exploited for commercial purposes for 25 years after his death, meaning he will not appear in any form of publicity before 11 August, 2039.

Williams' children, Zachary, Zelda and Cody, are currently embroiled in a legal dispute with his widow Susan Scheider over the actor's belongings, and on Monday (30Mar15), they agreed to negotiate outside of court.

The Hollywood actor, 63, took his own life at his California home in August (14).
