Latin singer Robi Draco Rosa is to close his Los Angeles recording studio and sell off the contents at an open house sale.

The Phantom Vox studio, which has been used by artists including Jennifer Hudson and Sara Bareilles, is closing this month (Feb14) so the star can open another in Puerto Rico.

He has decided to offload the contents of the studio, which includes collectibles such as vinyl records, posters and art prints, by opening its doors to the public for a yard sale over two weekends.

The first open house sale takes place on 22-23 February (14) and the second on 1-2 March (14).
