It's not released in theaters until November 2012 but already, the hype is starting to build for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2. A new image from the film went online this week, showing one of the first glimpses of the Cullens' child, Renesmee. The final movie in the Twilight franchise returns to Edward (played by Robert Pattinson) and Bella (played by Kristen Stewart) as they gather help from other vampire clans in order to protect their daughter.
The new promotional image from the movie shows Edward and Bella, dressed entirely in black, stood next to each other and with Renesmee between them, just peering out from behind Bella's arm. The photo will be used in Entertainment Weekly's special Breaking dawn Part 2 issue, unveiled this week. Renesmee is played by the young actress MACkenzie Foy.
Robert Pattinson is currently promoting his new movie 'Cosmopolis', directed by David Cronenberg. In a recent interview with The Guardian, he spoke about his struggle to shake off the stigma of having played Edward Cullen in the teen movie franchise and admits that he could happily strangle whoever invented the 'R-Patz' nickname. Pattinson also revealed that he takes criticism to heart, saying "Nothing ever matters to me apart from the people with negative opinions. That's literally it. That always drives me on to the next thing. It's funny, you just focus on them and then the next movie. That's the only thing you're thinking about when it comes out."
