Late singer Robert Palmer is being remembered in a tribute concert voiced by his little brother MARK PALMER.

The 44-year-old, who is an engineer for Britain's ROYAL AIR FORCE, is set to reenact his famous sibling's hits, such as Addicted to Love.

The concert will be held in the English sea side town of Scarborough where Robert - who died in September (03) of a heart-attack - spent his teenage years.

His mother ANN gave her blessing for the concert saying, "Mark was in a band when he was younger and he's started playing again in his spare time, so I'm sure he'll do very well."

The line up for the Good Friday (09APR04) gig includes THE MANDRAKES, the band Robert joined whilst still a teenager.
