Pop star Robbie Williams is celebrating a U.K. chart double after scoring number ones with his track Candy and aptly-titled album Take The Crown.

The former Take That singer holds on to the top spot in the U.K. singles chart for a second consecutive week as Take The Crown dominates the competition to debut in first place on the albums countdown.

Williams' ninth studio release beat Dutch violinist Andre Rieu's Magic of the Movies to pole position - it enters at two, while Evolution by boyband JLS is at three. Calvin Harris' 18 Months and Stronger Together by the Military Wives.

Meanwhile, back in the U.K. singles chart, rapper Labrinth's Beneath Your Beautiful remains at number two and The Wanted's I Found You takes third place.
