Rocker Rob Zombie, rap mogul Sean '' Combs and wrestler-turned-actor John Cena are among the stars offering up special prizes for a charity auction benefiting victims of last year's (12) devastating Superstorm Sandy.

Zombie is inviting one lucky winner and a guest to hang out with him at the touring Rockstar Mayhem Festival this summer (13) and receive a fan swag bag stuffed full of special memorabilia, including a signed, limited edition poster from his upcoming horror movie The Lords of Salem.

The prize package is worth an estimated $2,500 (£1,563), but bids have already exceeded expectations and currently stands at $7,000 (£4,375), with the sale ending on 9 April (13).

Wrestling icon Cena has also proved to be popular online - a Vip experience to spend the day with the sportsman at a WWE Live Event, accompany him during his grand entrance and join him in the ring has attracted a high bid of $6,000 (£3,750), two days before the auction closes.

Meanwhile, Combs has offered one fan the chance to intern at his label Bad Boy Records and work alongside his manager, James Cruz, for the day to learn all about artist management, the record label and his empire, Sean Combs Enterprises. That lot has so far attracted bids of up to $1,900 (£1,188).

Other items up for grabs include meet and greets with and The Jacksons and an autographed purse and shoes from actress Sarah Jessica Parker.

All proceeds from the various auctions will be donated to the WWE Superstars for Sandy Relief effort, which is backed by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, whose home states were among the hardest hit during the October (12) storm.

The charity sales all coincide with the 29th annual Wrestlemania event, which will be hosted by rapper Combs in New Jersey on Sunday (07Apr13).
