Rita Ora is set to headline this year's Capital Jingle Bell Ball.

The 26-year-old singer is one of a number of artists who has been confirmed to perform on the first day of the annual music extravaganza in partnership with Coca Cola, which will take place at London's O2 Arena on December 9 and 10.

Capital Breakfast presenter Roman Kemp, 24, announced the first string of musicians who are set to grace the stage on December 9 on his radio show on Monday (06.11.17).

As well as the 'Black Widow' hitmaker, Major Lazer will wow crowds with their hit tracks.

The 'Slow Hands' hitmaker Niall Horan - who is known for being in the boy band One Direction alongside Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson - will entertain the audience solo, as well as 'New Rules' beauty Dua Lipa.

Also taking to the stage next month will be Craig David, who has continued to entertain audiences throughout his career spanning over two decades.

Jax Jones, James Arthur, Jonas Blue and Anne Marie will also take part in the annual show, and put on an unforgettable performance.

Roman - who is the son of actor Martin Kemp and his wife Shirlie Holliman - has also revealed breakthrough artist Yungen, who is known for his hit record 'Bestie', will make his debut appearance at the Jingle Bell Ball.

But the excitement doesn't stop there as Roman has revealed there are still more artists who are yet to be announced.

He tweeted: ''So 8am I have some BIG announcements to make...... #CapitalJBB

''11. ???? Find out on WEDNESDAY (sic).''

Speaking about the forthcoming bash Global's founder & executive president, Ashley Tabor, said: ''Today we kicked off our big reveal week by announcing some of the world's biggest artists jetting in for night one of Capital's Jingle Bell Ball with Coca-Cola.
