THE OFFICE star Ricky Gervais is stepping into the world of digital crime, after signing up to play a gangster in the new computer game Scarface: THE WORLD IS YOURS.

The 44-year-old British comedian will join SCARFACE star Al Pacino in lending his voice to the game, based on the cult 1983 mobster movie.

Gervais says, "I'm doing one of those voices that comes up whenever people get killed or something. Perhaps I shouldn't have told you that. I think it may be top secret. But I'm pretty excited about it.

"It'll be so interesting to see how it all turns out. I think it should be pretty impressive."

The game is set to be released in February (06).
