The Jaws star took to social media late on Sunday (29May16) to air out his views on the Republican nominee and take aim at his famous supporters, which include entertainer Wayne Newton, actor Jon Voight, boxing icon Mike Tyson, and rapper Azealia Banks, who have all endorsed the real estate mogul and reality TV star for the White House in recent months.

"The saddest people aren't Donald Trump's supporters. They're really struggling," Dreyfuss began. "It's Donald Trump's celebrity supporters who are whores."

The 68-year-old then attacked Trump for controversial comments he has made about illegal immigrants on the campaign trail, branding Mexicans "rapists" and criminals, and insisting he will build a wall between America and Mexico to keep Latinos out of the U.S.

Dreyfuss continued, "I get the thing about 'off the cuff speaking.' I get it! But when that speaking is dedicated to hurting latino americans, you're a racist."

He then recalled meeting Trump at a party in Malibu, California years ago, but claimed the business mogul "acted like a small d**ked prick" after becoming upset with his date for chatting to other guests at the bash.

However, Dreyfuss had nothing but kind words to say about Trump's second ex-wife, actress Marla Maples.

"Marla Maples rented my former house for a while and she was always very lovely and sweet," he wrote.

The veteran actor concluded his political musings by declaring: "The most important thing about America is that money doesn't make you more American than anyone else. It shouldn't. I thank a good god."

Dreyfuss isn't the first star to warn against Trump as president. Angelina Jolie, George Clooney and Johnny Depp have all made it clear they won't be voting for the Republican when Americans go to the polls in November (16).
