Bosses at Revolution Studios are brainstorming new titles for their movie adaptation of John Grisham's novel SKIPPING CHRISTMAS - because they've been informed they can't use the name.

Bosses at the MOTION PICTURE ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA have ruled the title is too similar to Ben Affleck's new Dreamworks film Surviving Christmas, which is also released this November (04).

Revolution partner Joe Roth has also been denied the name JOHN GRISHAM'S SURVIVING CHRISTMAS, according to trade paper DAILY VARIETY.
