REM concluded their world tour in spectacular style on Saturday (16JUL05)
night, by inviting punk legend Patti Smith to perform with them on stage in
London's Hyde Park.
The HORSES singer joined the MICHAEL STIPE-fronted band to sing E-BOW THE
LETTER, which she recorded with the band in 1996.
