British Sea Power will appear alongside REM, Buddy Guy and Jamelia on the first show in the new series of BBC2s Later. The show is set for broadcast at 11.35pm on Friday 17 October.

The Brighton quintet are honoured to appear alongside the venerable Louisiana bluesman Mr Guy and believe that his jamming with British Sea Power will do him no more harm than previous associations with Mick Jagger and Mark Knopfler. BSP are also happy to be associating with the renowned REM and the fragrant Ms Jamelia.

This television appearance means two shows on British Sea Power's October tour of England and Scotland have had to be rescheduled. The show at Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms will now take place on 15 October. It was originally scheduled for 13 October and original tickets are valid.

The planned show for 14 October at Warwick University is currently being rescheduled for November. Further BSP November dates in England and Wales will soon be announced.

The British Sea Power show at London ULU on 20 October has now sold out. British Sea Power are pleased to announce that the great Jeffrey Lewis will be special guest at this show. Will Jeff bring his famous illustrated song-history of Rough Trade Records? And will it include a new chapter on ARE Weapons? There's only one way to find out.

British Sea Power's Remember Me single is released on 20 October.
