Country star Reba McEntire enthralled fans with tales of the highs and lows of her career during a special weekend talk at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, Tennessee.
The singer took to the stage at the museum's Ford Theater on Saturday (10Aug13), the night after the exhibition dedicated to her rise to stardom, Reba: All the Women I Am, opened at the establishment, and joked about her on-stage disasters and wardrobe malfunctions.
MCEntire also opened up about the tragic plane crash in 1991 that killed seven members of her band, insisting that the support of fellow country singers Vince Gill and Dolly Parton saved her sanity during the difficult time.
More than 200 fans attended, while a further 300 watched her talk and performance on closed-circuit Tv in the Hall of Fame rotunda. The event was also streamed online.
Reba: All the Women I Am will remain on display for the next 10 months.
