The 'Karate Kid' star ended up in the bottom two with actor-and-rapper Romeo and but wasn't voted off despite disappointing judges after limping through his latest routine after a leg injury.
His knee and calf gave out during his performance, gaining him a disappointing score of seven from each of the panellists.
Clearly disappointed he said: "It can't end this way."
However he was relieved when rival contestant Romeo was told to leave by hosts Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke.
Before his departure Romeo said: "This show has changed my life forever. I was terrified of dancing. I didn't dance at my own prom, I turned down a lot of movies because I was terrified of dancing. I think I showed kids anything is possible if you try."
