British music stars from past and present invaded America's east coast on Friday (08Aug08) as Radiohead, Underworld and Duffy opened the first ever All Points West music festival.
Welsh singer Duffy welcomed crowds to the New Jersey site, following an early rain shower.
She was followed by 1980s and 90s British electropop pioneers Underworld, who brought the sun back out with a hyperactive performance on the main stage.
Radiohead rounded up the first day with an energetic set - the first of two headlining performances at the festival, which boasts the spectacular New York skyline as a backdrop.
Kings Of Leon and Jack Johnson are also due to take to the stage in the three-day event, which runs until Sunday (10Aug08).
