Bachar quit the pop group in 2008, and fellow original member Ashley Roberts walked out in 2010, shortly after the departure of Kimberly Wyatt, throwing the band into turmoil.
The Pussycat Dolls subsequently re-grouped with a new line-up, but the band appeared to disintegrate after lead singer Nicole Scherzinger left to pursue a solo career.
Bachar has now opened up about life after the Pussycat Dolls, revealing she helped her friend Roberts through the difficult time by seeking advice from a spiritual healer.
She tells British newspaper The Sun, "After the Dolls fell apart, Ashley was in tears. It was a tough time for everyone in the band. But with Ashley being the way she is, it was particularly hard on her... With all the craziness that was going on, Ashley and I went to see a woman who helped us get back to a spiritual place.
"(The healer) has been a force for us. She helps us heal ourselves. She's a bit of everything - clairvoyant, medium, spiritual healer. She's not a psychic but she can get messages from your spirit guide - she can see stuff no one could possibly have known. She helps guide you to find clarity. She has helped us a lot over the years and she definitely helped Ashley after the Dolls split."
