Rocker Wes Scantlin has become a wanted man once more after missing another court date in Los Angeles on Friday (20May16).
The Puddle Of Mudd frontman was due to face charges relating to his arrest in Beverly Hills in December (15), when he was accused of having an expired registration and allegedly found in possession of a controlled substance.
However, neither he nor his attorney showed up for the Friday hearing, prompting the judge to issue a warrant for his arrest, according to TMZ.com.
Scantlin had been free on $51,000 (£35,200) bail following the end of the year bust.
The singer has been in and out of jail in the past few years, with his most recent arrest occurring in April (16), when he was taken into custody for skipping a separate court hearing for charges of vandalism and trespassing. He was slapped with the counts in February (16), weeks after he was accused of breaking into the Hollywood Hills home he lost to foreclosure in January (16). He has pleaded not guilty to the allegations.
