The Purple Rain icon did not leave a will when he died in April (16), after suffering a drug overdose at his Paisley Park home near Minneapolis, and a special administrator for the estate is now looking to put his properties on the market.

It is unclear which buildings will be placed on sale, but Prince reportedly owned real estate in California, New York, and his native Minnesota.

According to TMZ.com, the estate representative is looking to receive 90 per cent of the market value of the properties.
