Prince William is very good at making a ''connection'' with people, even when he doesn't know them.
The British royal is a patron of many charities and does much work to help other people, and his genuine and warm nature is apparent wherever he goes according to radio DJ Sara Cox - who is an ambassador for homeless charity Centrepoint along with the prince.
She said: ''He's a lovely guy. He's brilliant. He can just walk into a room full of random people and make a connection with each one. And when he meets the young people he can relate to them, because he's worked really closely with them.
''You don't really feel you're with the Duke Of Cambridge - it's just William. All the young people totally love him, and he brought along [Duchess] Catherine last time. She was equally lovely. William works really hard.''
Sara also has a gift she is planning to send to the prince and his pregnant wife - formerly known as Kate Middleton - which is something she used herself after the birth of her children, Lola, eight, Isaac, four, and two-year-old Renee.
She added: ''They'll make lovely parents. I want to send Kate a book that I send to all my pregnant friends - the same one I've given to [fellow DJ] Fearne [Cotton]. It's called 'Spiritual Midwifery'. It's brilliant.''
