A spokesman for Britain's PRINCE WILLIAM has slammed the editors of an Italian magazine over plans to publish a bikini photograph of his pregnant wife CATHERINE, DUCHESS OF CAMBRIDGE.
Bosses of Chi magazine have obtained several images of the royal couple enjoying a romantic stroll on a beach during a vacation on a private Caribbean island, and at least one photo is said to feature the Duchess wearing a bikini and proudly displaying her bulging baby bump.
The planned publication of the images this week (ends15Feb13) has enraged the royal household and a spokesman for St James's Palace has released a statement urging the magazine bosses to think again.
It reads: "We are very disappointed that once again photos of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday, taken from a distance and without the knowledge of the couple, look likely to be published overseas. This is a clear breach of the couple's right to privacy."
The incident comes just five months after Chi bosses published a series of photos of the Duchess topless on holiday in France.
