Prince Charles' 20-year-old son caused an international outcry earlier this month (JAN05) when he was photographed at a fancy dress party dressed in the swastika and desert uniform worn by German Field Marshal ERWIN ROMMEL's Afrika Korps during World War II.
Prince Harry had promised his girlfriend he would fly to South Africa to spend time with her before she returns to university next month (FEB05), but his father has ordered him to stay at their Highgrove residence in Gloucestershire, England.
A friend of Davy says, "She's miserable and worried she may not see Harry for months. Chelsy's a gorgeous girl with tons of admirers and is wondering whether the long distance relationship might be too much after all."
A royal spokesperson says, "Harry is pining for her like a lovestruck Romeo. But he caused a lot of embarrassment to the Royal Family. Charles is determined he keep a low profile, which effectively means he is grounded at Highgrove."23/01/2005 11:11
