Monaco Palace has revealed the exclusive guest list for the highly-anticipated wedding of Prince Albert Ii and the former South African Olympic swimmer Charlene Wittstock, reports CBS News. It's the first wedding of a reigning Prince in Monaco since the Hollywood icon Grace Kelly married Albert's later father Prince Rainier III over 50 years ago.

Due to security reasons, the guest list has been kept under wraps for some time, but the palace finally revealed the identity of the celebrity guests on Thursday (30th June 2011). Amongst the star-studded invitees is Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld, the U.S. soprano Renee Fleming and the supermodels Naomi Campbell and Karolina Kurkova. Others expected to attend include Giorgio Armani, who has designed Wittstock's wedding dress, and ROBERT CAVALLI. A large amount of athletes are also expected to attend, including NADIA COMENICI, who rose to fame after winning three gold medals at the 1976 summer Olympic games.

A civil ceremony on Friday and religious ceremony on Saturday will be held in the Renaissance palazzo that's been home to Monaco's ruling dynasty for centuries. Following Saturday's church ceremony, a multi-course dinner will be prepared by the renowned chef ALAIN DUCASSE.
