Pink Floyd rocker Roger Waters is set to make a fortune from selling properties he bought in New York two years ago. The 63-year-old, who last played onstage with Pink Floyd at the London leg of Live 8 last year (05), will reportedly bank $13.5 million (GBP7.5 million) from the sale of three Olympic Tower apartments on Fifth Avenue. Waters purchased four of the apartments for $12 million (GBP6.7 million) in 2004, but is keeping one for himself. He also owns a home in the SoHo area of Manhattan.
