Johnson, the former 'Secret Life Of Us' star, 29, has escaped conviction for a drunken assault in which he allegedly stomped on a man’s head. The attack, which occurred at the rooftop Astral Bar on the 17th floor of Star City Casino on 1 September, 2007, saw Johnson accused of repeatedly punching fellow bar patron Ben Benson and then stomping on Benson’s head as he lay on the ground. At the time of the incident, Johnson was being treated for depression following the suicide of his partner Lainie Woodlands in February 2006.
