Guinness World Records Gamer's Edition 2016

Chris Cook - Chris Cook, an Investment Services Agent, aged 34 from Birmingham, UK broke the record Longest Marathon Playing a Football Videogame with an enduring 48 hours, 49 minutes, 41 seconds playing FIFA 15, beating the previous time of 48 hours 5 minutes, in aid of the gamer's charity SpecialEffect (specialeffect.org.uk), which enables those with disabilities to play and enjoys games. Talking of his record and inclusion in the new book Chris said 'A lot of people thought I was a bit mad ... I held my own at the beginning but by the last 16 hours I think I only won two games but it was all worth it to support my charity and now I'm immortalised in the new book !' - London, United Kingdom - Thursday 3rd September 2015 (2 Pictures)
