Jersey Shore and Nicole Polizzi - Friday 18th May 2012

Jersey Shore star Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi has sparked a gossip frenzy among fans by dedicating her new book to My husband. Eagle-eyed devotees attending the reality TV favourite's book signings have spotted the line, which suggests Snooki may have secretly wed fiance Jionni LaValle - the father of her unborn child. One fan, who walked away with a signed copy of Gorilla Beach after a meet and greet with the star in Huntington, New York on Friday (18May12), spotted the dedication and cooed, Oh my God, Snooki's married... I guess it could be true - she kept the baby news from fans after rumours that she was pregnant spread, so maybe this is a message to her fans. No word from Snooki or her people - but she did play down her pregnancy for weeks after the news broke in February, eventually telling Us Weekly magazine, I didn't want to lie to my fans but the cardinal rule when you are pregnant is that you can't tell anyone but your closest friends and family till after three months... Things can go wrong, like a miscarriage. Snooki found out she was with child in January (12) and LaValle popped the question on Valentine's Day (14Feb12). At the time of her big double announcement, Snooki insisted the pair planned to wait before exchanging vows, adding, We will focus on the baby first. I want to have the baby, lose the weight and have the baby in the wedding. Back to the book signing in upstate New York, which was a late starter because the Jersey Shore star was caught up in traffic en route to the Book Revue store. Mobbed by fans upon her arrival, the thrilled star said, I feel like Justin Bieber! Thanks for coming!
