'Behind Closed Doors' singer Peter Andre is compiling a ''greekenglian'' cookbook - a combination of Greek, English and Australian recipes.
Peter Andre is releasing a cookery book of "meals for one".
The 'Behind Closed Doors' singer will draw on his "greekenglian" culture - a combination of Greek, English and Australian - to compile recipes for single parents so he doesn't have to eat "beans on toast" every night.
The 36-year-old star said: "Yes, it's true, I am bringing out a cookery book. It's all in the very early stages at the moment but I love cooking so much that it's something I really want to do.
"I'm hoping to feature a whole load of recipes from my greekenglian culture - that's Greek, English and Australian! There will also be some recipes in there for families, single parents, children's meals, barbeques and meals for one, because we all know beans on toast can get a bit boring!"
Peter - who has been single since his bitter split from glamour model Katie Price earlier this year - also made a subtle dig at his estranged wife's demanding nature.
Speaking about his weekend spent with the couple's children, Junior, four, and Princess Tiaamii, two, Peter said: "I've really missed them so much this week, so it was great to spend some time with them.
"Last week I took the children strawberry picking, but this week Junior suggested some things he would like to do. He will always be the first to tell me exactly what he wants to do. I have no idea where he gets it from!"
