Pete Doherty's son calls his bandmate 'Dad'.
The Libertines rocker admits six-year-old Astile - his child with former girlfriend Lisa Moorish - isn't a fan of his music and even gets confused when he sees his father with the rest of the group, co-frontman Carl Barat, drummer Gary Powell and bassist John Halsall.
He said: "If I take my son to a gig he sticks his fingers in his ears and he calls the drummer 'Daddy.' "
The group - who were famed for their shambolic live shows - also revealed they have been unable to get insured for their comeback concerts at the Reading and Leeds festivals in August.
Speaking at a press conference to mark their comeback, Carl joked: "We can't get insurance. I haven't got a driving license."
However, Pete - who struggled with heroin addiction throughout his time in the group, which led to their split in 2004 - denied he was the cause of their problem.
He said: "We always turned up, I've just never been able to get my side of the story across about it."
