The Little Mix singer is famous for her lithe figure, and frequently flaunts her physique in skimpy ensembles on her social media accounts. But when it comes to people she is inspired by, the 22-year-old cites Roar singer Katy as the very top of her list.

"Katy Perry is my ultimate fitness inspiration!" Perrie told sports clothing company USA Pro, for whom the group are brand ambassadors, in a blog. "She’s just so sassy I love her and she’s got an amazing body."

Perrie and her bandmates Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall are arguably the most famous girl group in the world right now. They are currently on the road with their Get Weird tour and Leigh-Anne is motivating herself to keep in shape by looking at social media sites.

"I love looking at all the inspirational women on Instagram, they all have incredible bodies," she said.

But Leigh-Anne's "ultimate fitness inspiration" is Rihanna, and she added: "Every time I see her in a bikini, she looks amazing! She’s got a flat, beautiful stomach and curves everywhere. She definitely motivates me to get to get to gym."

Jesy considers No Doubt front woman Gwen Stefani her fitness idol, and also loves her unique sense of style.

"I think I’d have to say someone like Gwen Stefani, I just love her, she’s so cool got great style and a great body!" she smiled.

Meanwhile, Jade prefers to look closer to home for motivation to hit the treadmill and the cross trainer. Danielle Peazer might be the ex-girlfriend of One Direction star Liam Payne, but is also known for her exercise videos on YouTube.

"My friend Danielle Peazer is my fitness inspiration!" she explained. "She does fitness videos on YouTube. She’s really good, she does like 5 minute clips so not too long - they’re great videos for helping you get toned and keep fit."
