AL FRAZIER, a member of California vocal group THE RIVINGTONS, has died at his home in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was 75.

The singer backed stars like Paul Anka and DUANE EDDY but enjoyed chart success with his own group, The Rivingtons, in the early 1960s, thanks to novelty hits like PAPA-OOM-MOW-MOW (corr) and THE BIRD'S THE WORD.

Only two members of the quartet are still alive - fellow Rivingtons singer CARL WHITE died in 1980.
