Ex-convict socialite Patty Hearst has dismissed reports she has been giving advice to Paris Hilton in the wake of her 45 day jail sentence for violating her probation by driving with a suspended license. Hearst was infamously jailed in the mid-1970s after being found guilty of accompanying her kidnappers on a bank robbery - her seven year prison sentence was commuted by then-US President Jimmy Carter intervened after 22 months. But the 53-year-old insists she hasn't been in talks with Hilton. She tells website TMZ.com, "Imagine my surprise upon learning of the 'advice' I had been giving Paris Hilton. "In spite of reports to the contrary, I can assure you that I have not had any contact with Paris (or any member of her family) regarding her upcoming jail time, or any other matter."
