British actress Parminder Nagra has emerged victorious in a bitter dispute with her ex-husband over their joint finances.
James Stenson launched legal action against the former E.R. star, claiming he deserved a portion of her earnings from the top medical drama as he gave up his job as a photographer to manage their life when she was cast in the show in 2004.
However, the pair has now come to an agreement, with Nagra keeping all of her income, residuals and royalties from her acting roles as well as the majority of their property.
The actress will keep their California home, worth more than $700,000 (£466,000), as well as their U.K. house, valued at $1.5 million (£1 million), profits from the sale of a rental property and three of the couple's four cars.
Stenson will receive $450,000 (£300,000) from the sale of their rental property as well as $1,226 (£817) a month in child support for their four-year-old son Kai.
The couple wed in January 2009 and Nagra filed to end their marriage in February last year (12).
